- Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk it well. Add all the ingredients mentioned above except oil in the eggs and whisk well.
- Heat a pan. Add oil and spread it all over the pan. Pour the egg mixture in the heated pan.
- Cook until the lower side is set. Flip and cook the other side as well.
- The Masala omelette is all done. Serve hot!
